Shark | Ninja Headquarters

The programming and schematic design phases of the 180k GSF Shark|Ninja Headquarters project evaluated adjacencies, break downs of the company, daylighting needs, security needs, as well as visual access requirements. A physical model, as well as 3D computer models were created in order to further explore the intricate "Weave" concept. The final floor plan accentuated the horizontal and vertical circulation pathways, and played with the juxtaposition of solid and open spaces.

Finish Selection

Three separate finish schemes were coordinated for the first floor, which houses the majority of the company. Renderings were created for the "social bar", which is an open collaborative zone, as well as the open office space.
